Sometimes, superficially comparable behaviors have fundamentally completely different penalties. Sometimes on-line socialization is sweet for you, sometimes it’s unhealthy, and the devil is entirely within the particulars. STAS provides a focal point for the mixing of science, technology, and innovation into U.S. foreign policy. It anticipates the foreign coverage impacts of STI research and improvement and the consequences of discoveries rising from the high-technology and private sectors. It is a central bridge between the Department and the U.S. and global STI communities.
