Liberis, a global embedded finance platform, and Dojo, a UK payments technology provider, partnered to launch Dojo Flex Funds on February 26, 2026. This new finance product aims to provide UK small businesses with immediate access to capital, addressing the challenges of traditional lending timelines.

Eligible UK merchants with an annual revenue of £60,000 or more and at least 12 months of trading can access industry-leading financing through Dojo Flex Funds. The product boasts 90% approval rates and offers heavily discounted capital.

By embedding funding directly into the onboarding process, Dojo Flex Funds enables merchants to access finance from day one, eliminating the typical waiting period. This method utilizes actual trading data to evaluate funding requirements, delivering a quicker and more adaptable solution compared to conventional models.

Dojo’s vast network, linking 150,000 UK businesses with 50 million unique consumer cards monthly, enhances the partnership’s reach. Small and medium-sized businesses can now secure capital more efficiently, potentially boosting growth and cash flow management.

Trang-Thu Tran, CCO of Liberis, noted that Dojo Flex Funds eliminates traditional barriers to capital, aiding small businesses during critical times. Mike Winwood, General Manager of Funding at Dojo, highlighted the significance of flexible funding in helping merchants expand, manage cash flow, and concentrate on customer experiences.
